RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

Fresh Flowers and Arrangements Due to the perishable nature of fresh flowers, we cannot accept returns on fresh flower arrangements, bouquets, or individual stems once delivered. However, we guarantee the quality and freshness of all our products.

Quality Guarantee If you're not satisfied with the quality or condition of your fresh flowers upon delivery, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We will work with you to resolve the issue through replacement or store credit.

Non-Perishable Items For non-perishable items such as glassware, gift box ingredients, food items or body care products

  • Returns must be requested within 2 days of delivery
  • Items must be in original condition and packaging
  • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective

Return Process To request a return or report a quality issue:

  1. Contact us at beeandbloomnz@gmail.com or 0226913419 within the specified timeframe
  2. Provide your order number and photos if reporting quality issues
  3. We will provide return instructions for eligible items

Return Address Returns should be sent to: Bee & Bloom Florist and Flower Garden 

Refund Timeline Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect returned items. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Delivery Issues When ordering flowers and or gifts for delivery you are agreeing to items being left at the deliverers discretion. Items will be left in as safe, sheltered and secure position as possible and you will be notificed via email with the details. If delivery cannot be made ie. no access or a dog at property we may charge you a re-delivery fee. Please provide as much info as possible when ordering
