SHIPPING POLICY

Delivery Areas We provide delivery services in non-rural areas between Raumati South and Waikanae Beach. If you are unsure if we deliver to your address or would like a rural delivery please contact us.

Delivery Options

Local Delivery

  • Available between Raumati and Waikanae and all non-rural areas inbetween
  • Delivery fee: $10 (free delivery on orders over $99)
  • Delivery times: Mon-Sat - 9am-3pm We do not deliver on Sundays
  • Same-day delivery available for orders placed before 10.30am

Pickup in Store

  • Free pickup available at our store location Paraparaumu Beach 5032
  • We will contact you asap with pick up address and location details

Standard Shipping

  • On orders without fresh flowers ie Shippable Gift Boxes
  • Available throughout New Zealand
  • Estimated delivery: 2-5 business days
  • Tracking and signature required service. Information provided for all shipments

Fresh Flower Delivery

  • We hand-deliver our flowers and gift boxes 
  • If recipient is unavailable, flowers will be left in as safe and sheltered location as possible
  • You will receive an order confirmation with details and a photo once delivery has been made

Processing Time

  • We pick your flowers fresh to order and aim to hand-deliver as soon as possible
  • Fresh/Dried flower arrangements: Same day or as specified when ordering
  • Shippable Gift Boxes are sent with the courier same day or next business day

Special Occasion Delivery

  • Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, and other peak periods may have extended delivery times
  • We recommend placing orders well in advance during busy periods

Delivery Instructions

  • Please provide accurate delivery addresses and contact information
  • Include any special delivery instructions (gate codes, dog at property etc)
  • For business deliveries, include recipient's name and department if applicable

Failed Delivery

  • If delivery cannot be completed, we will contact you to arrange redelivery
  • Redelivery fees may apply
  • We will never leave flowers in full sun at the time of delivery

International Shipping Currently, we only deliver within New Zealand due to the perishable nature of our products.

  • All shipping costs are calculated at checkout
  • Prices include GST where applicable
  • Free delivery available on orders over $99 within our local delivery zone
